KONG GRIZZLY, used as a component of a retrieval system, allows lifting and lowering of loads by positioning on the edge of a wall and avoiding the rubbing of the ropes against obstacles. Thanks to the rotary movement of the structure, GRIZZLY makes easier the recovery of the load. Fitted with reversible feet to ensure the perfect grip on the ground, either on slippery (clawed side) and on smooth surfaces (rubber side).
Easy to disassemble and transportable in the special shoulder bag. High quality, completely made in Italy!

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Most unopened, unused items are returnable within 30 days. Weight-bearing items like harnesses may be returnable for size-exchange only. See our policy page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Typically these are things like weight-bearing items and custom-order items (cut rope or custom-assembled items).
When will I get my order?
We work hard to ship your order ASAP, typically in 1-3 days for regular items. You should receive an email with further information shortly after that.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but with multiple locations across the US we usually see shipping times under a week.
Exceptions would be for custom-order items, large orders and also orders of certain items during peak season.
Where are your products manufactured?
We're proud to source a large number of our products from USA and European manufacturers. Headwall, Misty Mountain, Edelrid, Kong, Stubai, etc). Working with elite manufacturing partners ensures that our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Like most stores, our shipping is calculated based on which items are being sent where.
