The ISC SmartSnap is a device designed to keep the participant continuously attached throughout the course. This revolutionary device is great for building new courses or retrofitting older ones. It uses a special key to allow the device to be opened only one side at a time. Welcome to the new wave of safety.
The ISC SmartSnap is designed for use on Ropes Courses, where 100% Attachment is required. The SmartSnap offers 100% attachment through the use of innovative 'Key Lock' mechanisms. To move from one element to another, the user must lock in a second connector, before being able to unlock the first connector. We also offer the KY004A Stainless Ring Key and KY005B Wire Key.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Most unopened, unused items are returnable within 30 days. Weight-bearing items like harnesses may be returnable for size-exchange only. See our policy page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Typically these are things like weight-bearing items and custom-order items (cut rope or custom-assembled items).
When will I get my order?
We work hard to ship your order ASAP, typically in 1-3 days for regular items. You should receive an email with further information shortly after that.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but with multiple locations across the US we usually see shipping times under a week.
Exceptions would be for custom-order items, large orders and also orders of certain items during peak season.
Where are your products manufactured?

How much does shipping cost?
Like most stores, our shipping is calculated based on which items are being sent where.
