Description
The ZODIAC is a lightweight and robust helmet with a hybrid structure. The combination of an EPS inner shell and an ABS outer shell make the helmet particularly robust. The modern design with highly drawn-down shells padded with EPS foam right up to the edge offers outstanding protection against side impacts. The large ventilation areas allow continuous air exchange to keep the wearer’s head cool. The ZODIAC furthermore offers multiple sophisticated details: the Wing Fit system with an infinitely adjustable dial enables the fit to be quickly and optimally adjusted while the chin strap buckle is also easy to use. Any sweat residues and dirt can be hygienically removed thanks to the washable and replaceable padding, extending the helmet’s service life. The clips integrated into the shell can be used to securely attach the headlamp. For all those who like to match their helmet to their outfit, the hybrid helmet comes in a wide range of colors. All of this makes the ZODIAC the ideal helmet for mountaineering, climbing, and use on via ferratas.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Most unopened, unused items are returnable within 30 days. Weight-bearing items like harnesses may be returnable for size-exchange only. See our policy page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Typically these are things like weight-bearing items and custom-order items (cut rope or custom-assembled items).
When will I get my order?
We work hard to ship your order ASAP, typically in 1-3 days for regular items. You should receive an email with further information shortly after that.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but with multiple locations across the US we usually see shipping times under a week.
Exceptions would be for custom-order items, large orders and also orders of certain items during peak season.
