CMI Climbing Etrier

CMI Etriers are a system of webbing stirrups arranged to make a ladder. A stable foothold is sewn at the bottom of each loop comprised of stiff webbing to keep the stirrup open and is reinforced for safety. These are commonly used because they are lighter, stronger, and more cost effective than other ladder style climbing aides. The CMI etriers weigh in at less than 115 grams and have a mean breaking strength of 6,500 lbs. Available with three, four, or five steps.
