The Challenge harness is built for group-use activities like ropes courses, indoor and outdoor climbing as well as mountaineering. It is an adjustable unpadded harness with three auto locking buckles. A single visible attachment point, closing of the waist on the right side, and two different leg colors for ease and speed of use.

Most unopened, unused items are returnable within 30 days. Weight-bearing items like harnesses may be returnable for size-exchange only. See our policy page for details.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Typically these are things like weight-bearing items and custom-order items (cut rope or custom-assembled items).

We work hard to ship your order ASAP, typically in 1-3 days for regular items. You should receive an email with further information shortly after that.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but with multiple locations across the US we usually see shipping times under a week.

Exceptions would be for custom-order items, large orders and also orders of certain items during peak season.
