We ship anywhere that USPS considers domestic shipping. That includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and US military bases.

Returns happen.  We don't take it personally.  We accept returns of regular items in original condition within 30 days of purchase.  Custom order items (such as cut rope) are non-returnable.  Weight-bearing safety equipment (such as harnesses) is returnable for size exchange only (when in original, unused condition).

Simply contact us for authorization and instructions. Once we receive a qualifying return we'll refund the purchase price of the item(s) minus a 10% restocking fee.  (Shipping costs are non-refundable.)  For VIP accounts, restocking fees will be converted to store credit.

It depends on how much time you plan to spend in the harness. Padded harnesses are best for coaches and serious climbers who spend a lot of time in them. Basic unpadded harnesses are more cost efficient when outfitting a gym or ropes course for many people. Full body harnesses are often used by workers at heights. Each application has its own body of standards, and you must match the application to the harness in order to ensure safety requirements are met.

Most orders are processed the same day or the next day and take 2-3 days to be delivered. Some items (such as harnesses) are intentionally kept in low stock due to expiration dates, and may therefore be made to order.
