The EZ Fitted Chest Harness was made to be used in conjunction with the EZ Universal Harness. With the convenience of the EZ buckle system the critical step of doubling back the harness is already taken care of.

NOTICE
All harnesses have a service life that is limited by regulation, and come stamped with their year of service-life activation. To keep stock up-to-date, harnesses are often made to order, especially later in the year, and this can impact delivery times. This also means that returns are limited to exchange only, for the same size in a different model, and will incur a 10% restocking fee. For registered customers in good standing, the fee may be given back to the customer as a store credit.
Shipping + Returns
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, usually 1-3 days. Not all items are immediately available, and certain items are made-to-order, which takes longer. We'll do our best to ship immediately, and to let you know if delays are unavoidable..

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Most unopened, unused items are returnable within 30 days. Weight-bearing items like harnesses may be returnable for size-exchange only. See our policy page for details.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Typically these are things like weight-bearing items and custom-order items (cut rope or custom-assembled items).
When will I get my order?
We work hard to ship your order ASAP, typically in 1-3 days for regular items. You should receive an email with further information shortly after that.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but with multiple locations across the US we usually see shipping times under a week.
Exceptions would be for custom-order items, large orders and also orders of certain items during peak season.
Where are your products manufactured?
We're proud to source a large number of our products from USA and European manufacturers. Headwall, Misty Mountain, Edelrid, Kong, Stubai, etc). Working with elite manufacturing partners ensures that our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Like most stores, our shipping is calculated based on which items are being sent where.
